The pipeline material is PE100 polyethylene, a high-density polyethylene for pipelines, as the main raw material. This crystalline, non-polar material has very stable chemical properties, is resistant to corrosion in various chemical environments, and is free of electrochemical corrosion.

The steel frame is made of copper-coated steel wire that complies with GB/T14450. We use high-strength steel wire with a strength of ≥2050 MPa, which significantly exceeds the standard minimum requirement of ≥1750 MPa.

Technical Advantages

The sealing face and the pipeline are formed as a single unit, ensuring that the conveying medium does not come into contact with the metal part of the pipe, completely eliminating the possibility of contact between the wire in the pipe and the conveying medium.

The sealing face and the pipeline are at a 90° angle, and a metal fastener is used.
The pipe end is riveted using metal, ensuring a strong connection and increasing the connection's ability to withstand axial force.

Riveting technology ensures that the steel wire in the pipe achieves a mechanical
connection, ensuring the overall strength of the pipe; wire displacement is avoided, preventing
the pipeline from withstanding pressure.

A reinforced sealed gasket is used between the two ends of the pipeline, and a locking ring on the riveted double seal retains the seal, preventing the possibility of gasket extrusion due to excessive pressure.

Technical Characteristics Of The Pipeline
a)High Strength:
The polyethylene and coated steel wire are made of special modified materials with a composite strength of ≥15 N/mm, resistant to hydraulic shock;
b) Good Deformation Resistance:
It has excellent foundation settlement resistance, and the pipeline will not leak or be damaged under a certain bending angle when it withstands pressure;
c) Safe and Reliable Connection:
The pipeline typically uses electrofusion and mechanical joints, and the interface strength is higher than that of the pipeline itself, which can adapt to the needs of various application environments;
d) Low Overall Project Cost:
It can be constructed outside the pipe trench to reduce excavation work andthe cost of the excavation project; the pipe is lightweight and relies little on large equipment;
e) Cost-effective pipeline:
