The Dabaoshan tailings transportation project involves transporting a special medium and under harsh pressure conditions. Donghong adopted globally advanced multi-layer co-extrusion pipeline production technology and successfully developed a steel wire mesh reinforced polyethylene mining wear-resistant composite pipeline. This overcame the shortcomings of traditional pipelines, such as poor wear resistance and short service life. With its advantages of ultra-wear resistance, high pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance, it solved the global challenge of laying pipelines with large elevation differences in mountainous areas and fully undertook the Dabaoshan tailings transportation project.
