* GB/T14450-2008 "Steel wire for beads" is divided into 3 types: purple copper plated, tin bronze plated and brass plated, and purple copper plated was withdrawn from the market. GB/T14450-2016 version removes part of the purple copper plating and brass coating, and only preserves the tin bronze coating.

* Coating on one side to play a role of preventing corrosion, on the other hand, to play a role in increasing the shear strength of steel wire and resin binder. The test results showed that the average value of shear strength of steel wire with tin-bronze coating is 20.69 MPa, and steel wire with brass coating - 11.42 MPa. There is a large difference in shear strength between various coated steel wires with resin bonding, so we choose tin-bronze coated steel wire as a supporting base.

The performance of the binder resin largely determines the quality level of the product. 1 ) The raw material of the pipe is inert material, light weight, double-sided corrosion resistance;

2 ) The pipe has excellent wear resistance, smooth inner surface, friction coefficient of 0.07-0.09;

3 ) The pipe belongs to high-strength flexible pipes, has good impact resistance, the safety factor of the pipe is 3 times;

4 ) The elongation at break of the pipe raw material is ≥ 600 %, so the pipe has high flexibility, can be laid with bending, or laid on water;

5 ) The pipe is made by co-extrusion method, the overall structure is non-layered, with excellent resistance to cracking under environmental influence.

6 ) It is suitable for long-distance transportation of abrasive and corrosive media, and the project cost is low;

7) The pipes are resistant to atmospheric influences, do not require insulation, and their thermal conductivity is 1/200 of the thermal conductivity of steel.

8 ) Simple construction, no further maintenance.

9 ) The equivalent roughness of the inner wall of the pipeline is within the limits 0.0015-0.015 ram , smooth inner wall, no plaque, transportation resistance small, but the energy saving effect is good.
